1. Pick-Up Only
All orders are available for pick-up only. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide the exact pick-up location and time. Please arrive promptly to ensure product freshness and quality.

2. Customer-Arranged Delivery
If you wish to have your cake delivered, you may book your own courier service (e.g., Uber, Snoonu, etc.).

• Delivery must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

• M'Sweet Kitchen is not responsible for any damage, delay, or mishandling that may occur during third-party transport.

• Full payment for the cake must be completed online prior to dispatch.
   

3. Responsibility After Pick-Up
Once the cake has been picked up or handed over to a third-party courier, M'Sweet Kitchen is no longer liable for its condition. We recommend transporting cakes in a cool, flat, and secure environment to maintain quality.

4. No Nationwide or International Shipping
We do not offer shipping outside of our local area. All orders are fulfilled within Doha, Qatar.
