🍰 M'Sweet Kitchen – Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Service
M'Sweet Kitchen operates as a home-based bake shop, offering personalized cakes made to order. This is a peer-to-peer arrangement, not a commercialized business. Each order is a mutual agreement between you (the customer) and us (the baker), crafted specifically for your event.

2. Order Agreement
By placing an order, you acknowledge that the cake is custom-made for your occasion and not part of a mass production or retail operation. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders based on availability and capacity.

3. Payment Terms
Payments can be made online or in cash upon pick-up. Full payment must be completed before dispatch if you choose to book your own delivery service.

4. Pick-Up & Delivery
We operate on a strictly pick-up only basis. If you wish to have your cake delivered, you may book your own courier (e.g., Uber, Snoonu) at your own risk. M'Sweet Kitchen is not liable for any damage or delay caused during third-party delivery.

5. Cancellation Policy
If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event, 50% of the advance payment will be deducted as a cancellation fee.

6. Liability
As a home-based bake shop, we take every measure to ensure quality and safety. However, once the cake leaves our premises, we are not responsible for handling, transport, or storage issues.
